Little bit chaotic

1. The whole Order went missing, so I contacted the customer service about it. They sent it again. This time it arrived.

2. I ordered a custom length crimson set with a few other sets. The colour arrived was not crimson red, it was more lobster red. Nothing I would ever wear. So I contacted the customer service again with pictures of them. They sent me a new set of the crimson nails. They arrived and this time the colour was right.

I ordered in late december. The order arrived in march...

The nail quality is ok.
I haven't tried the nail sticker which came with the order. So I'm not able to say something about them.
And I was pretty disappointed, that the nails do not come in the fancy plastic boxes as shown on social media and on the website.
