Hi, I bought a few sets of nails with transparency and notice there is numbers visible on the nail, it’s on the tip of the nails, how am I suppose to hid it? It is visible when I apply the nails.

Are exchanges allowed if we purchase a set of nails in a specific size only to realize they are too big/too small? I measured my nails and compared it to the chart but they aren’t a correct match, with my nails being off by a good 4-5 mm.
